Hello there,

I am designing a hovercraft for my third year project at uni. Need some help with a few points as this is the first thing time i've got involved with hovercraft so i know practically nothing. I am using a design book by G.H. Williams to design my craft. It tells me that the total weight is four times the payload. This gives me a total weight of 3327.307409lbs. I want this craft to be a small as possible. What dimensions would be practical. Also my cushion pressure is around 35lb/sq ft. i know this is high but is it acceptable. All help is welcome.
