Hello, I seem to have been excluded from the list of people able to get free hovercraft plans. I am a 30yr old uni student in England. I am studying marine environmental science and a collegue and myself want to build a hovercraft and a personal shallow water submersible for our final year project. Any ideas?

If you do not have an email address associated with an educational institution, then you may complete and fax/email the paper registration form which allows you to access the DiscoverHover One plans and manuals. When you try to register with DiscoverHover, select the option appropriate for your circumstances.
