does anyone have any idea where i can go and look up plans on how to design/make a hovercraft skirt? im building one for my engineering class and dont know how to make the skirt, all we have is like black plastic gardening sheets.

A couple of good websites that I have used to design my skirt are http://www.hovercrafters.com then go to construction page 7 and 8. It might not be the exact type of hovercraft that is built using the plans on this site but it works pretty well. you can find a bunch of detailed information and pictures.
